A: I purchased the laptop as a gift for my mother, when the apps were sent to download into the new laptop, they came to my email, therefore, she couldn’t use them, and neither could I because how have them. But it really doesn’t matter unless y’all give a credit for the apps that were never downloaded. She’s 80 years old she doesn’t really use that stuff just the MacBook
