I am pleased with how the service was rendered during the purchase of a computer for my granddaughter (desk top). It was very easy and I appreciate the help that was given to us during the time of purchase.

Helps out a lot when most needed, hate to have to delete photos but with iCloud I don’t have to worry about that

I've been using Apple iCloud for over ten years and I've found it to be the most stable and reliable of the cloud storage options out there.

Convenient to have, but I have a Family plan. Backup of files is necessary.

A must have, unlike android or pixels Iphones can not upgrade storage so this is the next best thing. I use a lot of storage for photos or movies so to be able to back them up as well as not use all my phones storage is a great thing.

I am always running out of iCloud storage for all of my favorite photos and downloads. This came with the bundle when I bought my laptop and it comes in handy!

I love Apple iCloud+, however, I wish these 3 months could be applied to my current membership. When you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on an item that includes a trial, it would be nice if they rewarded current loyal customers who already subscribe.

I like my cloud, but don't like that it is pretty much the only way to backup my files now that Apple removed all the external drives and makes it impossible to backup files from Photos without sacrificing a small animal to some dark god.

Useful add on if you have apple iCloud. I do not personally, but it is 3 months for free.

The iPad Air doesn’t have the most battery life if you want to be active all day. The quality was good though and it was easy to use.
