    I just picked up this item and the box was damaged on the outside. Upon getting home and inspecting the items it is missing the dc adapter. This feels like an open-box item that was sold as a new product. This is in preparation for the freeze about to hit Texas. I am disappointed.

    I dont like this device! takes several hours to charge to 100% and 3 hours to completely empty the power from just using a small fan to cool off! I wish I had kept the box so I can return this! Ive been charging it for 2 hours and its only at 30% full

    I bought does not stay not even 2 hrs. Whoever buy or bought, test it immediately 4- 5 times. I tested twice before my trip, then during the trip, it did not work not even 2 hrs. Visited Best Buy, but they said, out or return period and also Total Tech is not covered.
