Solid Build, Reliable Battery, A Peace of Mind

My business requires me drive a lot to visit my clients. This excellent power station always make me a peace of mind on my electronics when I am on the road. Other than those bulky and chunky pieces in the market, it has excellent design and light weight. The USB C power delivery port is a fantastic feature which turns to an easy charge for my iPhone, Mac and Apple Watch. I would highly recommend Fremo as a productivity powerhouse!

Excellent battery for on-the-go and emergencies

This product is something I've wanted for so long, but never knew existed! This power station will keep my phones and laptops charged , and the built-in light is a very nice touch for camping! Key features highlighted were very easy to carry, relatively fast charging, 100W PD output - plus the standard AC, 12V, and USB Quick Charge outputs. The Fremo fit all of these plus the lithium battery is an advantage for a unit that will get cycled many times a week. I am more than pleased with this purchase and would recommend to everyone that looking for the first power station.

Great but needs solar panels to make worth it.

I hate long reviews, sorry in advance, but worth the read. Please note I got this unit on sale for $200 out the door. 1- Charging: I have charged this time from 0% to 100% a few times and recorded it, it’s just under 5 hours to from empty to full, [about 25% charged per 1.25 hours (75min)] – this is with the 60W charger input, not sure for solar panel charging if the output is less than that. 2- USB A & C There are two types, USB 2.4V & 3.0V. The 2.4 V works great to power other LED lights and charging other non-essential items. The 3.0V quick charge ports do quickly charge my phone just like my wall converter from Samsung so that is nice. Charging Samsung Galaxy S24+ from 0% to 100% takes about 5% from the power bank when the phone is off, a little over 10% from the bank if the phone is on so you get about 10-20 chargers on a phone if you did nothing else. 3- Pass Thru Charging: Fremo has stated “Yes, our product support pass-through charging.” I have not tried this out yet as having it plugged into a wall and then running something else seems like a silly test but if you had solar panel or a wind turbine plugged in it would charge while outputting which I think is nice. Just have not found panels yet I want to buy. 4- LED light: LED on the front has three modes (solid, blinking, SOS) and draws about 1W, this I ran for about 3 hours with nothing else plugged and it dropped about 1%. I’m figuring you could run just the front LED with nothing else for about 600 hours (25 days) which for emergencies if this was all you had is something to say in itself. 5- AC vs DC The AC power drains this much quicker than the DC does, the output is measured in Watts no matter if it’s DC or AC, but the AC converter inside does take power to run so you lose a little bit of the efficiency factor there. Ran a crock pot on high at 200W draw and you could count down less than a minute (45 seconds) for every 1% the power bank dropped. So you could run 200W output for a little over an hour, but this is where I think you need solar plugged in to get what you need out of this. Box fan on high drew about 65 watts, Laptop drew about 80watts when on and running, just to give you an idea I graphed this out: Charge time ~ 5 Hours At 1W ~ 600 Hours At 10W ~ 20 Hours At 25 W ~ 8,25 Hours At 40 W ~ 5 Hours At 65 W ~ 3,25 Hours At 80W ~ 3 Hours At 100W ~ 2,75 Hours At 150W ~ 2 Hours At 200W ~ 1,25 Hours Over 200 W ~ >1 Hour *Biggest note if you are drawing 40watts or more you are going to have less than 5 hours of running time, see the graphs I made. Cons: 1- Only real con I can see is the screen always stays on, it’s probably very low power consumption vs what’s plugged in so probably not notable but since you can’t turn it off without powering off the bank it would be hard to know for sure how much it pulls. 2 – Rubber dust plug cover for the dotted outlined areas around the plugs, not sure why just the cigarette port had a cover but if these get used for camping a cover sheet to keep water, dirt, and bugs out would be nice. 3- I like the strap handle, just would be nice if this came with a small waterproof bag that fits this and the charger nicely and power bank in it since the charger is kind of bulky, also nice to store it safe bag.

Great quality and design. Love the leather handle!

After researching on this product and read other people’s reviews I decided to give this one a try. After using it for a month I’m very happy for the purchase. I really love the design and the quality of this product. Specifically the leather handle are very sturdy and soft on my hands. The mat finish looks great. The navigation panel are separated by 3 sections and very easy to use. We used it for our camping trip to charge 2 phones, camera, and cooking. It is very reliable. Overall, I think this is a great product that I feel comfortable using it for outdoor adventures.

Lots of power for a portable battery

This battery pack has been fantastic. Powered ten 50 foot strings of christmas lights for 6 hours. Powered a diesel heater for tent camping for 2 cold 35 degree nights. Charged easily with a 100W solar panel connected directly to the battery. I look forward to seeing what else this can power!
