    First thing this thing is super amazing. I used this to keep a fairly large electric cooler. It ran all day at my granddaughters soccer tournament and used only 55%

    USB C stopped charging within 5 months with very minimal use. It was probably used about 4 times and has never been dropped. I have tried calling (no answer and unable to leave message), and emailed them since July 2025, no response. When it was working good, it was awesome but if there is no customer service behind a product, I would say stay away from it.

    This is great, easy to use backup for running my wifi and charging my phone. I recently purchased this and already had to use it twice. Only down side was there is not a 3 prong outlet to charge my laptop.

    I gave my mom a back up power source for Christmas and decided to get one for myself. thought I was getting the same one but this was even better. Plenty of plugs and outlets and a flashlight. All good in an emergency.
