Unfortunately, this unit was slightly taller than the space available since it sits closely to the plumbing piping. No issues with the item but should be noted to verify size before purchase.

You could get a 1.5hp/ silent at another place for less . This one is underwhelming and has a high pitch whirl noise when used. It is easy to install.

After 9 months, I heard a loud pop and it no longer works. I have tried all the troubleshooting tips I could find and the motor will just buzz and does not grind up anything when the switch is thrown. I would not recommend this disposal.

VERY WEAK POWER

Buy at least 1 Horsepower and go for a different brand. I thought Frigidaire was good but they dropped the ball on this one. impossible to return. I would have to pay another $100 for installation.... I'm stuck with it....
