Was able to get it swapped out for an upgraded model. New model has yet to skip a beat almost a year later.

I have had it installed for less than a year and flat out crapped out on me. I never just dump food down the drain I always scrape my plate and then rinse off. Buy a more powerful one and spend the extra $50 to get a higher quality disposal

Too noisy

Thank you for your review. Hate to learn about the loud sounds you are experiencing. Other than those sounds during grinding of small bones and fruit pits; typically loud sounds are usually caused by accidental entry of a spoon, bottle cap or other foreign objects. I recommend checking your disposal for any of the above items.

New installation failed and resulted in unexpected

Tried to cancel, still item was delivered and I was charged $69. Took 3 calls to process delivery refund. Should not had offer new installation.

Only lasted 1 year and 5 months. Such an inconvenience and waste. Spare yourself the headache and just get a more reputable garbage disposal brand.

I bought this garbage disposal and it stopped working in 2 years. I wish I could give it a zero rating. I don't even use my disposal that much so it should still be like new. A complete waste of money.

Defective unit

Plumber put it in and there was a massive water leak from the bottom seal in the unit. Had to rip out half the brand new flooring in our kitchen remodel bc the water seeped under that. We’re hoping our cabinets didn’t soak up much water. One star bc of CS at Best Buy. They said that they can’t take it back bc it’s a biohazard item and it was opened. Well duh, didn’t know it was defective until it was opened. Only water was run through to test it. We can’t get ahold of Frigidaire bc it’s a Saturday. I hope their CS is better. I’m typically an easy going person but this is ridiculous. I hate getting the runaround.
