Well, our last Frigidaire freezer lasted 30 years. We are hoping we can get, at least, 15 years out of this one. This will be our first frost free freezer. We loved our old Frigidaire manual defrost freezer. Size is different but we are getting used to it

I’ve had this freezer one month and at the 30-day mark, no complaints. I bought it to replace a small freezer that had to be defrosted a few times a year. It is housed comfortably in my garage, as was the other one. I love the added space and the frost-free operation. I hope this unit continues to operate at the same level years down the road as it has at the 30-day mark.

Love this freezer. Definitely an upgrade from my chest freezer. Just the right size and easy to store in my garage without taking up too much space.

Just what my daughter needed. Her family was growing and needed more space than the side freezer on her refrigerator. Great purchase I had to get the door reversed.

Extremely happy with this deep freezer. It was hard to find one with wire shelves. We had a chest freezer, and we always picked meat from the top because it was just too much work to dig in the bottom. Everything can be easily seen, organized, and so much room. I was a little leery about buying a Frigidaire. We bought a refrigerator a while ago (not through Best Buy) and was very disappointed. Frigidaire has redeemed themselves.

It’s an amazing freezer. Does it’s job, looks nice, rearrangeable shelves. There’s space in the door to put things too which is great.

So far so good with this freezer! This is so much better than the chest freezer I previously had. No more digging!

Ordered this freezer online and is exactly as pictured and described. Delivered right on time, very efficient and professional. Made sure was working and we were happy before leaving. Plenty of room inside, light inside is a nice feature and has small green light outside at bottom to let us know is working and at right temperature.

So far we are super satisfied with Frigidaire 13.0 Cu. Ft. upright freezer we purchased from Best Buy. The unit is very well built, the shelves are well placed leaving plenty of storage space. You cannot go wrong with this model.

Freezer was delivered with a dent in the back and scraped, scratched paint on the front door. Delivery man took pictures and said that if we would take it we would get a scratch and dent discount and that he would handle it and turn the pictures in and that someone would call me. It has been 3 weeks now, no call. I tried Best Buy Customer Service but can't talk to a real person and the auto help said they couldn't help me? Not sure how else to address this issue?

My household wanted a deep freezer and we wanted an upright, and looked at many. We decided on this one for size (13 CF), inside light, frost-free, width, depth, and height were good. We also prefer a name brand. It does not have a lock, but it does have an alarm should the temperature go above freezing. It was delivered and placed in our garage. Depth is good as we can still get the car in with good clearance. So far, it has been working perfectly. A temperature monitor with WiFi was placed inside for monitoring the temperature and providing a second alarm should the temperature start to rise, Price was a little higher than some others that we looked at, but this is a better build we believe. So far, we are very happy with our purchase.

Tall and slim profile. No protruding handle. I gained 4 inches of space to park my car in the garage. A huge benefit. The open rack shelves a vast improvement over the glass shelves of my previous refrigerator which was 14 cubic feet. I don’t miss the 1 cubic foot of volume I gave up by purchasing this refrigerator. Also mechanical controls inside are better the the digital “modern “ controls of my previous fridge. The green indicator light at the bottom of door is a big plus. This is a VERY quiet freezer. A pack rat got under the old one and chewed the unprotected electrical wires. So far this is a 6 star item in a 5 star rating system. Very pleased and would buy again.

i bought this freezer in a rush. it fit my spot that the old freezer was in. So far it has worked flawlessly. i like that it has a interior light and lots of space. one of the most important features on the freezer is that it has a bright green power indicator light at the bottom of the door. I can see this light as soon as i step into the garage and know that the power is on. If my old freezer would have had this power indicator light i would have noticed it stopped working and possibly saved my food that was in it.

This freezer is the size of a small refrigerator. We keep it in the garage. It has a green light on the outside at the bottom --this tells you the freezer is working properly. Keeps food frozen and we like that it is frost free. Very roomy with lots of space.

A nice size. Holds a lot and is frost free. Since there are no drawers included, we went and bought some wire bins to put inside so we could more easily stack vacuum sealed packages without them sliding all over. Holds a lot more that way. I also like the bright green light on the outside bottom to show its running. Freezer is medium capacity but narrow enough to fit in garage on back wall between two vehicles. Holds enough food for more than a month for two people.

I've only had it for about 6 weeks, but we love this freezer so far. Old chest freezer stopped working so this is a great upgrade. Lots of space with adjustable racks and makes it so much easier than digging in a chest freezer. Has a very bright indicator light that shines from beneath the freezer to confirm that it is running properly. Delivery went very well.
