Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn’t able to open this until months later because of some health stuff but I felt pretty good that the box looked in good shape, however when I unboxed it not only was the door sharply bent at the corner (which I was willing to let go) but the entire side was pushed in and the back creased. Despite the 3 year plan I purchased, I was directed by Best Buy’s product support to contact the manufacturer. At this point I don’t think I’ll order appliances from Best Buy again. I’m also disappointed in Frigidaire as this looks like this was something that was boxed this way.

In some cases, if an appliance shows signs of shipping or handling damage, it’s best for it to be reported as soon as it’s discovered so the retailer or manufacturer can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. I see that there is already some wear and tear and I’ve not yet had it for a year. I am not unrealistic and I do expect to have a quality piece of equipment.

I have already waited 3 weeks and now will be waiting almost another 4 so I am not very happy with this current purchase.
