Easily reversed doors and it is keeping temp at zero. love ease of getting food in and out without standing on my head!

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!! We ordered it on Nov 13, and were pleasantly surprised when it was delivered on Friday Nov 25 instead of the estimated Dec 20. That good feeling died hard and fast. First of all, the guy who delivered and "installed" the freezer was more concerned with taking pictures of our garage than properly removing the packing styrofoam from the unit - foam tucked into parts that would have prevented the unit from working properly - if it weren't already a lemon. We gave the freezer 24+ hours to get to temp, but it was cool, not frozen. We tried turning it off and back on, unplugging it, and generally looking for anything that could keep it from freezing. Late in the afternoon on Saturday Nov 26, we discovered packing foam wedged behind the center cooling/vent that runs top-to-bottom along the back interior of the freezer. We removed it, and thought the freezer would now be free to do its job. We thought wrong apparently. It is now Monday Nov 28, and despite having been on, and running for the last 3 days, it refuses to get colder than 43F. That's not a safe temperature for a refrigerator, let alone a freezer. Needless to say, we're returning the freezer. We've owned Frigidaire products for decades - this would have been our 5th Frigidaire freezer (to replace a nearly 20 year old unit). We bought it based on the lack of bad reviews. After searching this model on other sites, the sheer number of people experiencing the same issue with their freezers is alarming, It paints a picture of a manufacturer that is more concerned with profits than producing a working product. After this experience, safe to say this was likely the last Frigidaire freezer we will purchase.

Very pleased with this purchase. Online purchase was quite easy and Best Buy was very accommodating in scheduling the pickup from the store. Fridge works great.

This freezer is a no frills, but extremely roomy model. I really like how it is frostless. I've been using it for a month and there is not a hint of frost anywhere! I also like the wire shelves which allow for free air movement around your frozen goods. And talk about roomy! The twenty cubic feet of this freezer interior is awesome. It is well worth the price I paid for it.

Very happy with this purchase. Organization. Wipeability. outside light and temperature alarm. Ability to stay cold when we lost power. My only complaint has already been mentioned, the location of the gauge and the ease with which it can be easily bumped to change temperature. It's not an ongoing problem, but definitely something I have to watch when I used that shelf.

The freezer is the perfect size for our garage and needs. Delivery was quick and everyone involved from the store to the crew that made the delivery were professional and easy to work with. No complaints at all!

So far so good, lots of room. I have a chest freezer which is hard to get to the bottom of. I am loving my up-right! So easy to see and reach everything and know what I have!

Love my new Frigidaire 20 Cu. Ft Upright Freezer! Plenty of space for vegetables from the garden to get me through the winter, and it's easy to organize and find them when needed instead of burying packages in a chest freezer.

Freezer works great. Spacious lots of room the bottom rack basket is not as tall as our old freezer but it serves its purpose. Zero regrets in this purchase. We have already seen a difference in our electricity use in the first month.

Very nice internal configuration. An unexpected surprise is the green light that shows below the door on the front to let you know at a glance that all is operating well.

This freezer was the size we needed and delivery was free! It had good reviews and decided to purchase. Delivered and unboxed. Got it hooked up and went to close the door. It stopped about an inch from closing. Weird! Did it again. Same thing. You could finish closing it but something wasn’t quite right. Hinge problem! BB came out and corrected the issue. Problem solved, but factory didn’t install hinge correctly. Works fine

We purchased this freezer when our old one died. We looked around for a good price and we found it at Best Buy, as usual. We always look around and we always find the best deals at Best Buy. It was in stock and was delivered to and set up in our garage. I am completely happy with it. We bought a slightly bigger unit, as we cook and freeze a lot. Plenty of space inside. I love the light that shines on the floor so you know it’s on and working. You can’t go wrong with Best Buy appliances.

Lot’s of room. Easy to find items in this freezer. Green light shines on floor so you know it’s working at a glance. Wish it was available in stainless steel

Door is almost floor level, which means when you open or close it you better have your feet out of the way.

So far so good our other Frigidaire upright freezer lasted 13 years until the auto defrost feature quit working /freezer still worked though but we decided to buy a newer Energy Star model & its 3 cubit feet larger. We also got it on sale as well.
