Haven't had the freezer long enough to evaluate it but certainly can evaluate delivery, set up, and subsequent customer service issues. The delivery guys were on time and placed it where it was supposed to go. But then started breaking off shelf clips thinking they were supposed to. They didn't look at the product book. So after they left I started reading the book to find that the shelf clips are needed. So I called Geek Squad immediately to tell them what had just happened since I had the 5year plan and paid for delivery and set up. The first woman at customer service was too cheerful, if you know what I mean. She said I receive the replacement clips in 2 days. She never gave me a confirmation number or who the shipper was. 3 days later I called again. The next 2 people I spoke with I couldn't understand them . English was not their first language. So 5 days after delivery I went back out to Best Buy and and spoke with a nice very young kid who was in over his head with this siltation. So I went to the Manager on duty that morning and he was not able to offer any type of action to rectify the situation or assist his employee. All he could do is stand and guard the front door. The young kid did finally get someone in customer service on the phone at Geek Squad that I could talk to. She said none of the previous 3 people actually placed the order for the replacement shelf clips. And, that it would be another week before I might get them. 6 little plastic shelf clips that could be put in a Fed X envelop and overnighted to me so I could get my frozen food into my new freezer; which is what the first woman said she was going to do. I asked this last person why she couldn't just spend $25 dollars to get them to me and she simply said they can't do that. I have not received any communications regarding the shelf clips since, although I did get an email with a service number listed which doesn't tell me what is going on with this issue.

I like this size, its perfect for our family! I put this in the garage to replace one that went out after 20 years!

This freezer is quiet and has a good bright interior light. I like the exterior temperature warning light that alerts you if the temperature is too high, perhaps do to the door not being closed.

Everything was fine but its noisier than I expected, especially when the interior fan is running. Otherwise, it works fine.

Product was in good shape, but needed a service call at the onset, due to poor quality control form manufacturer. BestBuy responded and addressed the issue, the unit is currently working fine.

Replaced my 20yr old 20cf Frigidaire with a new 20cf. It has a better shelving system now. I wish it had two baskets like the older one but most freezers only have one

Great freezer for storage in your garage. Lots of room and stands up to extreme temps in the garage.

Great freezer, lots of space. Great replacement of our old Frigidaire freezer. Hopefully will last as long. I like that it has the shelves with coolant inside.

We bought this freezer to replace an old chest freezer. Although it doesn't hold as much, it is much easier to find things. A good value.

I am giving the freezer five stars because so far it has been great. I'll hopefully have the same feeling in a year or so. The freezer had a small dent in the side of it. It did not affect the functioning of the freezer and Best Buy discounted the price some more, so I am very happy with the end results. Thanks.

Simple freezer that works great. Important to ensure that if something does go wrong, the product is well supported in the market place. Frigidaire is well supported and the extended warranty offered through Best Buy is really good. Prior to this freezer, I had a less expensive freezer that failed 3 months after the warranty expired with no product support. Expensive lesson learned.

Love the space and ease of use and set up! Price wasn't bad for quality of the product

I like the size of my new freezer. It has prenty of space for me to stored meat, chicken & seafood. I even have lots of space for home make popsicle or icecream

This freezer was just right for us. It keeps everything frozen really good and Best Buy made it very easy to buy.

Freezer was a really good buy with a high quality appliance without the high quality price.

I’m pleased with this freezer so far. I have at least one hangup with it and that’s with the basket inside. I would’ve like to had the basket be more like the shelves but be able to slide in and out and instead of one, I would like two. That way I could keep meat separate and organized.

This freezer is amazing, its huge. All the room I need and then some. Tall and Skinny. it fit a whole side a beef with room to spare. Its efficiency is awesome.

Awesome freezer Have it in the unheated garage for a few years and it’s still going great. Has a light to verify it’s closed and an alarm when it’s not fully closed

This upright freezer is spacious and well-built. There is enough shelving to organize our frozen food by category, both on the doors and the interior shelves.
