I received my freezer on time, no dent or scraps, works great. nice freezer.

I live 1.5hrs away from the store (3hrs drive time total). The initial order was on time and I went to pick it up and that went smoothly. The problem was it was dark outside and where the loading takes place and I didn't see the plastic covering was damaged until after i started to strap it down. Then I see the big dent in the front door. the cs agent tells me that I must "return" the item and they will get another on order. I didn't like this as I really hadn't received the item how could I be "returning it", but they marked it that way anyway. Now I show a return for that item. It took forever for the help desk to figure out how to do this btw. Finally they got it figured out and placed the new order. I waited a few days and get a message it has arrived. i go back to the store (1.5hrs each way) and low and behold it is the same dented piece of junk they should have trashed. Guess what, they "returned" that same thing again, now i show 2 returns on my account and i have never gotten a single product. As it turned out someone in the storehouse put the piece of junk back into inventory and then filled my order. when that happened my real order for the new item was cancelled. Now they reorder another one since my was cancelled. tell me it will be in on the 29th. that was 9 days ago. they never tell me anything and i have to inquire about my order. Finally via a chat I get the message that the item is on backorder, and they can't give me a date for delivery. Such a bad experience thus far.

Great freezer with a very large capacity! Love it. Also the purchase and delivery were seamless. Easy and fast. The guys who came to bring it were lovely and didn’t complain when I asked them to switch the way the door opened from the right to the left. Would definitely use Best Buy again for future purchases!

Best experience I have had with ordering a product over the phone and having it delivered. I was so very happy with the entire process and will definately use Best Buy again for any future needs that they provide.
