Buyer beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Yeah, it's attractive and easy to use and a nice oven that bakes well BUT!!!!!!! the broiler cycles OFF and on. When it reaches its High temp, it turns completely off......I've never heard of something like that. When I want to broil fish or a steak I want to broil it and not bake it. So the meat sits there in the warm air without a flame. I called, I complained, they said that's how it works. Thanks for letting me know before I spent an enormous amount of money on something I cannot cook with. I am so upset. So I want to share with any of you who actually like to broil.

Posted .Hey Basia, thank you for taking the time to stop and share your experience with us regarding your wall oven. After reviewing your described experience with our factory professionals, we have been advised that gas appliances (especially ovens and ranges) will normally stay on several minutes before cycling off then back on when maintaining the temperature in the oven. Gas is designed and operates much differently than traditional electric. Electric stays consistent more often than the variable cycling of a gas cooking appliance. It is normal for the gas igniter to cycle off and on to maintain the right temperature inside of your oven cavity. Some appliances you can easily hear this while in others you cannot. I hope you find this information useful! -Jennifer
