When I tried to call the store I was connect to a headquarters number. They could not help me with the missing parts. I was told I would have to drive back to the store to talk to someone to see if the missing parts were at the store.

DO NOT BUY - Waste of money and break in 1 yr

I call Frigidaire for support and they would not help at all. I paid $125 for Best Buy Geek Squad to come to my home just to tell me the pump is faulty. Stick with other brands - Bosch or KitchenAid. Will never buy another Frigidaire again.

He told me I'll get back the installation fee which I didn't get it back. I had to pay out of my pocket to have somebody else. Install find dishwasher.

Bad Dishwasher

There is a leak now between the drain tube and connector. Also, the timing cycles are off. Don't overfill this cause the dishes wont clean. The makes a ton of noise too.
