There are a few reasons why your dishwasher won't drain. The most common source of clogs comes from a blockage in the dishwasher's filter. Or, you may have an issue with your dishwasher's air gap, drain valve, drain hose, or even your garbage disposal, causing it to clog. We recommend you check the following: Ensure that the knockout plug has been removed from inside the food waste disposer inlet. Make sure the drain hose is not kinked. Ensure the cycle is complete, not in pause status.
Check that the glass trap or filter is maintained and installed properly with no clogs. Visit the Care and Cleaning section of your Owner’s Manual for more information regarding how to empty the glass trap/filter. For additional help, refer to your Owner’s Manual. If you are unable to resolve an issue or need more information, please connect with us via live chat or by phone at 1-800-374-4432.
