It is loud and the dishes are left wet, even on the heated dry option. It is better than hand washing, but it is definitely the lower end of dishwashers.

It is normal to hear noises in your dishwasher; you might hear a sound, especially if it is running. A grinding or buzzing noise is usually nothing to worry about. You can hear your dishwasher grind or buzz when it forces water down the drain. If the sound is very loud, check your pump impeller, to do this, you will need to remove the lower basket, spray arm, and filter unit. Also, we recommend you use a rinse aid, Rinse aid improves drying, reduces water spots, and prevents filming. With it, water sheets off dishes rather than forming water droplets. In some models, you can adjust rinse aid levels. And you can also select the NORMAL WASH and HI-TEMP WASH pads along with a Rinse Aid agent for improved drying performance. Better to Pay for a Better Model.

The oscillating washer part at the bottom is made of cheap plastic and the heat dry has melted it off. Frigidaire informed me that the part is backlogged and won't be available for another month. Also, the "stainless steel" seems more like tin (very thin and cheap), and the control panel does not tell you the stages of the wash, so you don't know if you can put a dish in at the rinsing stage, or if it's drying. The buttons on the panel are hard to push. The dishes don't always come out clean or dry. It was honestly one of the cheaper dishwashers on the floor, but I wish I'd ponied up a little more and gotten a better quality appliance.

However, I should have listened because the dishwasher door was not working properly when we received the item. We had to shake the entire thing in order to open the dishwasher door. Currently in the process of doing a return and exchange which is such a pain. Definitely do not recommend and better to invest in a more expensive but durable dishwasher.
