    Broke on second use.

    Second use and the detergent dispenser doesn't even open. It's very cheap. And since I was away for a week during my 14 day return window I'm now 17 days out and probably can't return the piece of garbage.

    Lasted ONLY 2 years before having to replace

    Purchased this dishwasher 12/23/20 and in Jan 2023 - 2 yrs after purchasing - it died. It needs a new motor which costs as much as a new machine. Of course the warranty has expired and Best Buy won't do anything since I didn't purchase their warranty as a extra cost so now I'm stuck buying a new dishwasher - another brand of course - and going elsewhere for the purchase since I didn't get any help here. Do not recommend this dishwasher!

    Don't waste your money!

    Came with the house purchase, less than 3 years old. Could not start after numerous attempts, from breaker off reset, water line check and pushing dead buttons that produced not even the dimmest of any light from manual to YouTube. Don't waste your money. Not only would I not recommend this model, I wouldn't even recommend the brand.

    I guess you get what you pay for. Dishwasher havent preformed as advertised. Need to run 2 cycles or more with no guarantee your dishes will be throughly cleaned. If I could give 0 stars l would.

    Smelly dishwasher

    Cleans fine, but has a terrible odor , I thot it was a new plastic smell that would go away after a few washes, but it still smells like fish, and we haven’t eaten any. Contacting Best Buy.
