There was a snafu on the delivery time & date, but they were good about rescheduling. The dishwasher looked & felt cheap. Very underwhelming!

Waste of money

This model is cheaply made though. The racks don’t organize anything because the poles between dishes are extremely short. Dishes don’t stay put in any way. The door also doesn’t stay open when down. The racks slide around because of it. Also, it hardly dries. Dishes are still wet. Total waste of money.

The one good thing is that it's quiet. Cons are that the wash cycle takes forever, the door is so light that it will only stay fully open when set to the lightest spring tension, which coincidentally is too light to keep the door fully closed. I hate how large dinner plates won't stand upright in the rack; they all flop forward. The worst thing about it is that it never gets dry on the inside, even with rinse agent on the highest setting. I have to finish drying the dishes with a towel when I remove them to put them away.

It is cheap, cheap cheap construction. It gets the job done on washing but the heated drying function does not dry the dishes. The door does not have an option to just prop it open a few inches. It either has to be completely closed or open all the way. So if you need to air dry your dishes, you have to leave the door completely open. Everything seems to be made of thin plastic that won’t last long. It’s pretty good on the noise though. I thought it was going to be louder based on its rating, but it really isn’t very loud.

Door malfunction

The reason for my 2 star review is that the original one delivered had a problem that the door wouldn’t stay closed for loading. Best Buy sent another and it had the same problem and the third replacement did too. The technicians send they see this problem on most of this model.

Cheap and the dry mode doesn't work well

Literally, you have no way to mount this to the side of the cabinets—only the top, so it wiggles around in the space. Just pass on this model.

Bad installation

Was just upsetting to pay so much for the install. The second instal went great! They explained why it wasn't working and fixed it quickly.

I placed the order for a Dishwasher over the phone. I was never informed that there may be additional charges associated with the installation. Upon arrival the installer informed me that I need to pay $150.00 for a valve replacement. Totally unbeknownst to me, wish I was made aware of a potential charge.

Lasted one year, and the pump went out. Right after the warranty went out. It cleaned well and I had no complaints, but it should have lasted longer than one year. We were very diligent in buying name brand detergent and rinsing dishes well. I’m so completely disappointed and just got around to writing a review. I’d steer clear of this one!!

I’ve never seen such a basic dishwasher. None of our drink wear fits in the top shelf. It is so loud too. Installation was a nightmare. Installer said I needed a water hose not included. Told me the cost was $60. I looked the hose up on Amazon and the price was $14. I told him that and he said sorry but that’s his price. Said he could just leave the dishwasher uninstalled.
