The dishwasher was not damaged and was what ed ordered. They loaded it into my SUV in 10 minutes. The experience was a 10 plus. The extended warrantee was also cheaper than the big box stores.

Otherwise, I hate the design, layout, sizing, spacing, racks, silverware basket, controls. The door springs are even too tight so it won't stay fully open and wants to keep closing. I regret this purchase. (BTW - don't bother replying, FrigidaireSupport...unless you're willing to offer a full refund of my purchase price) (BTW2 - Really, Best Buy? 4 character minimum for display name? Really helpful for those of us with 3 letter names)

The control buttons are very hard to press, which makes selecting settings frustrating. The drying feature is also subpar, as dishes often come out still wet. Overall, it works, but the design and performance did not meet my expectations.

I ordered a replacement product and the agent was nice enough to have it delivered for free to my house. I tested and installed it again but it is still having the same issue—water inlet is still leaking during the cycling process and delivery guys slammed the bottom center which caused another leak issue. Overall, water inlet leak was the main issue and poor product packaging. There’s barely nothing protecting the product especially the bottom area. Compared to what I ordered from another brand and store, the product I have now was well packaged and well designed product.
