A: Hi valued consumer! The Frigidaire 24" Front Control Built-In Plastic Tub Dishwasher (model FFCD2413US) does not include a power cord. This model is designed to be hardwired directly into your home's electrical system, so it lacks a standard 3-prong plug. According to the product specifications, the dishwasher is intended for built-in installation and requires electrical connections to be made directly. If your installation setup requires a plug-in connection, you would need to purchase a separate appliance power cord kit. Pros- quiet, looks nice, “clean” light stays on even after opening and closing the door. My rooster magnet picture from Amazon fits it. Cons- THIS IS THE BIG ONE for me- no matter how you load plates, they lean over, bang into one another, and collapse when you slide the rack in. I guess the ‘tines’ aren’t long enough to hold them upright. You literally have to HOLD THEM in place while you CAREFULLY slide the rack in, or you must redo them every time. Sliding the lower rack in is a pain- there is a ‘bump’ it catches on and if you don’t lift the rack over this bump all of your dishes need to be readjusted. The door does not lower all the way, so your lower rack is never completely out and all the way accessible. This makes it extremely hard to reach the back on the silverware basket. There have been a few times that my dishes still had food on them- especially the silverware and bowls. If I had it to do over I WOULD NOT BUY!!!
