We had a refrigerator a few years ago that was trash from the word go. This dishwasher worked great until today when it just stopped working. Control panel went dark and we suspect after some Googling that it has a blown fuse. After 3 months of use! Just ridiculous. We will see how Frigidaire is with honoring their product warranty.

Doesn't Clean Reliably

Sure, the price is great, but it always leaves food on the dishes. I tried everything: Double checked to make sure the unit is level, checked that the incoming water temperature is greater than 120 F, my water isn't hard, and I even switched to a premium detergent. Even on the Heavy Wash setting, bits of food get left behind if I don't wash it all off beforehand. I'm starting to seriously mistrust reviews I see on the websites of manufacturers and retailers. These incentivized reviews are shady.

Drying function does not exist. Dishes are never dried after a cycle. Drying function is also not available separately.

Hard to tell what its doing and when its done. Sounds like 10000 springs are about to bust loose whenever you open it up. Some food residue left on dishes. Wish i purchased a different machine.

I have the dryer setting on the max and when the cycle is complete there is still water on my dishes as well as on the inside door of the dishwasher and in the dishwasher. Terrible product.

I tried using the chat feature and was given different phone numbers to call. Apparently, I need to call the manufacturer and everything is closed on the weekends. Best Buy’s customer service is atrocious. Do not buy this dishwasher. In fact, shop at another store.

A lot more room than our old one and it’s reasonably quiet. We have no complaints right now. Installation was straight forward but you will need a $6 90 degree adapter for the water connection.

Easy installation, quiet operation with no issues 1 month into ownership. The last Frigidaire of this basic type lasted us a little over 20 years. Only time will tell if it earns the last Star. Best Buy has had my appliance business almost since they’ve opened, and I have zero regrets.
