However, I had issues with costumer service the day of delivery. I got a call that my item was damaged when unloading at the warehouse, they needed to reschedule for other two weeks. As soon I hung up that call I received a call from warehouse that my item was not there so I needed to reschedule. For lack of honesty I will not be buying appliances that are not in store.

She is happy to have a working dishwasher again after being with out one for a month. Everything went great and works great.

I'm hoping we get out ROI from this, meaning, no issues for at least 5-7 years. Only complaint so far is the drying application. Has a tendency to leave some water drops on the plates, even if dishes are left for a few hours after the full cycle has been completed.

The entire interior and dishes are covered in water droplets. The only workaround is to open the door and let the dishes sit for several hours. Otherwise the washer works as it should.

The control buttons are very hard to press, which makes selecting settings frustrating. The drying feature is also subpar, as dishes often come out still wet. Overall, it works, but the design and performance did not meet my expectations.
