This is an excellent combination oven: elegant, quiet, and loaded with features. Thrilled with the user interface, microwave oven convection/grill feature (makes it two ovens), the ability to use both ovens simultaneously, air-fry capability, and the main oven's baking performance. Pleased with this purchase and with Best Buy's timely and professional installation. Hope that this combination oven performs reliably for many years.

Works great! Replaced the countertop air fryer and microwave allowing us to free up counter space.

In spite of some initial problems getting this order delivered, after installation we are very happy with the units operation and the installation went well.

We love our new microwave oven combo! It loos so nice and was easy to learn to operate. We love everything about it.

We have had some issues with the microwave since installing this oven. Sometimes the microwave latch won't show it's securely closed, and the micro will appear to go on, with the fan and the timer and everything but when it dings it turns out nothing was heated. We have found when you press hard against the door as you initiate the microwave it seems to help. Also we cannot for the life of us figure out how to microwave a bag of popcorn. Either the entire thing is scorched or only half of the kernels popped, whether we babysit it or use the popcorn setting. The oven itself seems to heat well and evenly, and the different settings are useful. It's been hard to figure out how to use the steam setting due to incomplete directions, but I love the proofing setting. I don't think that the air fry setting is worth it, for how much mess is created in the bottom of the oven.

Had for 2 months - Looks nice. Operates quietly and withiut issue, so far. Not a fan of a such a digital, smart screen layout with no actual buttons. Hopeful that it holds up over the years.

My only negative comments are: (1) haven’t found a pause button for the microwave, and (2) microwave door or something makes a slight vibration sound during use.

Great product and easy to use and very very easy to clean

DO NOT BUY Frigidaire appliances. We purchased this unit and within a very short period of time, and while still under warranty, the unit completely quit working. No power at all to the unit. It's been two months and they have still not fixed or replaced the unit. The only place to call is their call center where they tell you they will take care of it right away and nothing happens. Frigidaire is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It still has not been fixed or replaced.

The chime to tell that the food is done in the microwave is a bit shrill and the oven turns off when the timer goes off but other than that it works well. It did blow a fuse when installed but Fridgedair did come out and fix it.

bought this microwave wall oven to replace my 30 year old unit. Within a couple of months, the microwave was having issues. it woud not cook anything without needing to push on the handle to engage the unit to cook, had that repaired, a short time later, it started all over again. Now the entire unit is not working. Called for service, each time it takes Best Buy 7 to 10 days for a technician to show up. And another 7 to 10 days to get whatever parts are needed for the repair. Had to go out an purchase a counter top microwave and a toaster oven so that i can cook dinner when i get home from work. The only reason I purchsed this unit is because it was 1 of 2 brands that would fit in the are of the old unit, the color that I wanted and it was $1000 less than the other unit. Not sure why I'm paying for Best Buy total membership for such poor service.

Fantastic oven/microwave combo. Easy to use touchscreen controls. Micro and oven both have conventional heat as well as convection heat selection. Clean design and looks great in our kitchen.

Lovely product. Great service. Delivered as promised. We first went to Friedmans’s they kept promising dates for 18 months and never delivered and were keeping our $5200 for the product. Eventually cancelled with Friedman’s and bought at Best. Also saved about $1000. Installation and delivery was as promised. Hari

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I'M so pleased with my new Frigidaire Wall Oven/Microwave I Wish I Hadnt waited so long to buy. Installation and removal of current oven was so helpful, and worth the extra minimal cost. I Recommend the unit. Thank you Best Buy!

Worst ever. Item delivered damaged am still waiting to receive my oven. Was referred to Frigidaire bc I had the stove for 4 days before opening the carton. Have no solid delivery date from Frigidaire and it has been 2 weeks so far.

Frigidaire's combo oven is a kitchen saver. Very difficult to find combo ovens with these dimensions. I'm glad that the over that fit the space is feature full and includes a air fryer.

I had doubts, but this was the only 27" black stainless unit I could find in the last 2 years. Glide rack damaged interior finish in first week, Frigidaire said "too bad". That rack is now in storage. Microwave is dark as a cave with almost non existent lighting. Convection fan stops after opening door and I have to adjust temp to get it going again. Also wider than other 27" units. Installers said that 4 out of 6 units didn’t fit. Find something else to buy if you can.

Dream machine for cooking!!! Stylishand many cooking options. I smoked hamhocks in the oven and it kept all smoke in.
