Ft. 9-Cycle Dryer Electric Laundry Center's large capacity, compact size, and ease of use, finding it perfect for smaller spaces. However, some customers noted that the dryer may not fully dry clothes on all settings and that the washer can be quite loud during operation. The dryer's performance and noise level were the main concerns raised by some users.

Don't buy this appliance! It's a piece of junk!

This appliance is a piece of junk! It doesn't clean and dry clothes. I thought this W/D would be perfect for my downtown condo but was I wrong! While the laundry drum is deep enough to for large loads, without an agitator the clothes aren't pulled down into the eco-friendly puddle of water that the machine provides for cleaning. Far too often I remove clothes at the end of the wash cycle to find large portions of the clothes still dry. This means that portions of the clothes never got wet and weren't cleaned!
As if that's not bad enough, the dryer is even worse! It doesn't fully dry the clothes. I need to keep rerunning the cycle sometime up to 4 time to get my clothes dry. Clearly the manufacturer's approach is to focus on being eco-friendly by kind of cleaning and drying the clothes! What a piece of junk!
My advice is to make sure a top load washer has an agitator, and the dryer has more time control functions instead of preset controls. Also, don't buy Frigidaire! I know I will never again buy their stuff!

I thought going with a unit for this much money, by a company with such a name as Frigidaire, that I'd be avoiding that "you get what you pay for" response when I tell people that it's awful, and was a terrible waste of money.
I purchased this with a 3 year protection plan, and sure enough, after only 16 months, this thing has stopped working (the washer stopped- the dryer works still).
From the beginning:
-Unbelievably loud wash cycle
-Unbelievably LONG wash cycle
-Unbelievably long dry cycle
-Unbelievably horrible design of the lint return (open the door and lint goes flying everywhere)
-Poor selection of wash cycles
Here we are, 6 weeks into the washer not working, Geek Squad has come out four times, and I still have to lug laundry around town to get it done (mind you, it's me and my fiance that do laundry - just the two of us...so it's not like I was running 2 loads a night every night of the week as a full family might).
Overall I am so discouraged not only from this product line, but also Geek Squad service as a whole. Let me clarify - the technician is not who I have a problem with - his job is to replace the parts that are "broken". Each time he is here, he calls his dispatch, explains the problem, and the guys on the other end of the phone suggest what parts to order. So, here's the timeline of how this has been going:
Day 1 of no washer - call Geek Squad
Day 7: GS arrives, suggest parts to order, schedules another week out to return
Day 14: GS arrives, installs new parts, washer doesn't work, schedule for another week out
Day 21: GS arrives, installs new parts, washer doesn't work, schedule for another week out
Day 28: GS arrives, yadda yadda yadda
It's insanity, I almost feel like the frustration of a "Protection Plan" far surpasses the struggle of not being able to do laundry. I could have probably had a seasoned appliance technician come out, and fix this from the beginning for 300$ between parts and labor, and I'd have only been out of commission for 2-3 days.
Overall incredibly frustrating experience here, which stinks, because I really do love Best Buy as they are almost the only Brick & Mortar store where I can go to see products.

Deathtrap the brings shame to all American brands.

After 3 years the drum literally fell off of the bearing mount because 2 of the 3 screws fell out. It gets better! The drum shorted out against the heating coil when it fell off. This means the drum and entire dryer were energized with 240 volts. 240 volts can easily kill a person or quickly or make fire and burn down your house. I found multiple arc burns on the back of the drum where it contacted the element when the drum fell off.
Deathtrap!
While disassembling to troubleshoot I noticed the extremely bad design and cheapness throughout the unit.
I won't be buying anything made by Frigidaire.

Spin capability is poor

This dryer has a very poor spin capability that results in one of two scenarios: 1) rewashing all clothes on rinse & spin after every wash, or 2) increasing energy costs by requiring 3x drying time.
Further, there's not ability to just spin the clothes dry, as the rinse and spin are together as one setting.
Don't make the same mistake as I did - avoid wasting money on this dryer.

After 3 service calls a new motor and main board were replaced. Not even 5 washes after that unit failed again.
