It is the perfect size. Not to big but very strong in air. Super cold and easy to install. Came with everything you need to install. I recommend just add AC tape around the window installation.

Does not replace how well a window unit works, but it does it's job. Very quiet, easy to set up, overall very convenient.

Our central air conditioning went out and while we were waiting on the repair tech it was too hot to be comfortable much less sleep so we bought this and closed off all of the rooms we weren’t using and within a few hours we were comfortable again. With fans blowing it made such a difference and we were able to sleep well. This is so much better than having a window unit because you don’t have to remove window screens or lift a heavy window until to place in the window. Once our central ac was fixed we removed the vent hose, rolled the unit outside to let it drain although very little water drained and we then stored it away. Very happy with this portable ac unit.

I got this open box. It was a good deal although it came out missing the remote. Works good but it is not efficient as the window units. It's quite comes with the accessories needed for installation. Good option for my basement.

Easy to set up and does the job cooling my 350 square foot high lofted bedroom quickly. Easy functioning and is actually quieter than my Vornado fans. For the price, it’s a good no frills portable AC.

Cools great a 1200sf space. Great controls. Quiet. Electric bill does go up. I have it on 24/7. Decent price compared to other brands.

This was a replacement for an older model that i had a protection plan on. Does not dissapoint, gets ice cold very fast and runs all day with no issues. Super easy to move around as well.

THE UNIT COOLS VERY WELL. THE TUBE PART DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO SNAP TOO SO IT WILL FALL OUT IF YOU MOVE IT AFTER PLACING IN WINDOW. I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE QUIETER PER THE REVIEWS BUT IT IS JUST AS LOUD AS A WINDOW UNIT EVEN WHEN ITS ON LOW

Easy to setup, works well in the space, and the air intake section was able to be installed vertically.

Works good. Not sure why other reviews says it's loud, it runs on high and is quiet compared to a Kenmore I had before. Cools very well. Only issue is filter light will come on even after I clean the filters.

Just saved us this summer! Game changer for us! GKeeps our bedroom so nice and cool! The only negative is I wish the hose stayed attached, on both ends, more securely.

Worked great, not as noisy as some said. Similar to a window unit as to noise. Central air went out and this guy kept us nice and cool while we waited for parts! Now I use it to cool my extra large 2car garage workshop

Installation was very easy, in minutes I managed to make it work and it really refreshed my life a lot, because the last few days have been very hot. really satisfied !

This has to be the best AC I’ve ever used. Cools the room very quickly and produces less noise at its highest settings than any other AC I could find in the same price range.

Bought it for a small cottage we have and it's worked out great. Easy to install and cools down a 600 sq ft area easily. Timer and remote are nice features as well.

The air conditioner was easy to set up and use, but I give it an average rating because the Best Buy website states that it is for rooms up to 450 square feet, but the box states that it is for rooms up to 250 square feet - so it does not cool the whole space in which we purchased it for. We did request and receive a price adjustment from the manager at Best Buy, but in case they don’t correct the information on the website, I’m using this review to let others know that it is ideal for up to 250 square feet of space. That said, this unit is not a good price value for the space it cools.
