Can't feel the Cool air from few feet away. Can't adjust. Have to put a big envelope on the lid to direct the air downward.Can Frigidaire fix the problem?

Caution; attach the drain hose to the top connector and place a mop bucket for the air conditioner to drain once it collects the humidity. Had carpets cleaned two months ago and was absolutely appalled by the amount of residual moisture there. I emptied a three gallon bucket twice a day for four days. Like I said, appalling.

Don’t like that you can’t change the direction of the airflow. The exhaust bracket only fits more popular window types. Didn’t fit mine unless I cut it to size.

Alright but couldn’t perform up to its specs

It only needed to cool a 400sqft room and this is rated for higher. It couldn’t cool the room past 80 even when left on all day. The only time it could get cooler was at night time. It’s fine if you’re using it to compliment a central cooled home, but for stand alone it’s not great. I ended up returning it and having a mini-split system installed.
