I owned a g&e ac unit that I spent $600 on and it sucks. But this little thing is amazing. It blows out really nice cold air along with a handful of nice easy setting to keep it clean and running well.

It's good, though because where I live was poorly designed, the exhaust hose is a bit short. I'm not sure about the heating aspect, though, nor have I utilized the dehumidifier yet, either. With how dry it's been I have been just using the cooling unit.

Ordered this unit simce our central unit.wenr out and we couldn't get a tech foe a while. Ordered this one because it advertised that is supported 450 sq ft at 10,000 BTU. Got this home and the box says that ot only supports 250 sq ft and 6,000 BTU! At first we thought they gave us the wrong model, but we checked it and sure enough it was the right one. We decided to give it a try in our living room and it has not touched the heat. Very dissatisfied!

I think, if we have the old AC, need buy 1 like this. Now summer time is real hot. we will get the long time to wait for tech. come over to fix if your AC do not work.

The description on Bestbuy's website said it was suitable for up to 450 SF - but it is actually only for 250 SF (per Frigidaire). I feel like I was tricked into thinking this was a good deal. I called BB customer service to see if I could get a discount of some sort due to the false advertising, but they said that wasn't possible. I like the fact that it has an ionzier (not may AC's have that) so I might just accept the situation and keep it. If I ever order anything from BB again, I will make sure I investigate the product more thoroughly before purchasing.

Stores it according to insurrections. Only lasted 3 more months after taking out from storage. Continually get a P1 error despite cleaning filters and emptying condensation.

For it to run fine for a few months and then start throwing constant P1 errors after such light use feels like a serious letdown. You expect more than just a few months of reliable performance from an AC unit, especially when you’ve gone out of your way to maintain it properly.
