    Only good in open area rooms

    I must have missed that it was only good for open rooms when buying. I have a 450 sq foot apt and it will only cool one room. It's not simple to move from room to room unless I buy an additional window kit. It also came with a broken wheel. I called Frigidare for a replacement but they were out of stock and said they would send one when they are available, been 2 months. I only bought it instead of a window unit because I can no longer lift the window ones. Big fat bummer!

    A true relief. A/C in house was not performing well. Picked up this portable wonder and it made it much more bearable.

    The first unit delivered was damaged and had to be returned. But the replacement unit was ok and seems to work well.

    Very unsatisfied. Had to return this, as it was delivered without all the pieces, and the 4 year insurance plan I purchased through Best Buy would not cover the price of a new unit. Even though I called customer service and was told my plan covered a new unit, and all I needed to do was take it to my local Best Buy for a replacement (or if it was not in stock, they would order it). One of employees at my local Best Buy said that their customer service lied all the time. So I'm not sure what to tell you. I will not be doing additional business with Best Buy. Being burnt once was enough.

    Cant give a review on product because it has never been out of box. Purchased on April 8th, finally got a chance to open yesterday, found out this morning that i will no longer living in the house i purchased for. Has never been out of box, but told i can't return it. So if anyone wants a great deal, let me know, if not i guess i am out $370. Thanks BB

    Yikes where do I begin. Lets start with the wondow kit. The window kit it comes with would only maybe work for the smallest window in the world. Oops! You will assuredly need more foam strips. Once you have gone back out and purchased everything for the window kit, you’ll learn that the exhaust hose connecter does not fir the hose. Oops! Hopefully you have duct tape on hand. I will consider revising my review if I ever get this product installed.

    I purchased this unit at the end of May last year. It was used sparingly as supplemental air conditioning in a spare bedroom for guests in the upstairs of our home for four months. When we tried to use it again this weekend, we found it will not cool as the compressor will not kick on. It is outside of the 1 year purchase date warranty so Best Buy will not repair or replace it. Very disappointing to get such little use out of something and then just have to throw it away.

    Got this in May of this year by October the unit started making loud noises. Called company directly they been giving me run arounds for over a month now. Said they replacing unit all approved and will get it within 7 days. Called after 8 days told me to keep waiting dont know what is the delay. Waited 8 days again and called today told me that my unit was shipped to wrong place. Never send me a tracking nothing. First customer service told me they have tracking then 10 mins later they didnt have it. The product was good when it worked but customer service is a nightmare. They send me an email to extend my warranty but cant send me an email on whats going on with my case. Probably last product I got from this company.
