I bought it for my small bedroom and it barely cools the room. It’s also extremely noisy. It does this odd thing where it’s always loud but then it ‘kicks on’ and makes an even louder noise. It does this constantly and it’s very annoying. I wish I could return.

Broken after less then a year of use.

When you set it to cool mode it will not stay on. It'll cycle cold air for about 10 mins and then shut off to just the fan. We've done everything little fix the internet recommends from cleaning the fliters ect but none of it is working. Sad to see my $300 spent only lasted a year before I have to buy a whole new unit cuz this one just doesn't work for us anymore.

The replacement unit died right at 2 years, however the manufacturer changed their warranty to 1 year. As it is out of warranty, we are on our own having to replace this unit yet again. These should last 5 to 10 years, and both combined only lasted 4 years. Total waste of money.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.FYI for anyone considering this AC… - you will likely need hacksaw to cut the side panel plastic to adjust to the width of the window and install properly. The side pane is sooooo long. - After all of that effort installing, the first time I used the AC, it started leaking from the bottom and I was only using the cool mode not dry. So there should be no water collecting at all bc it only collects it if on dry mode, and it was leaking at the bottom not where the water should dispense to empty it. - On top of leaking, the AC made these crackling noise after I turned on cool mode. I expect that AC will have some noise (those normal ac sounds lol) but it was making noise like there was something inside, not normal. I had read some other reviews about this AC leaking and I should of continued looking at other brands/models. I returned it right away.

Customer service is horrible and doesnt do anything. I had for a few months and then all of a sudden it started making a suepr high pitched squealing noise anytime it was on. My claim for a replacement theough the manufactory warrant was approved but its been months and still nothing. Dont get scammed or buy!

It has three speeds, high, medium, low and while the fan blows less on low, it is just as noisy as high. With all that noise you would expect it to cool well but it does not. It was not capable of bringing the temperature of my small office down more than a few degrees. This was an awkward item to return but it had to be done.
