    I’m not sure why this does not cool my small living room kitchen combo. It does not make sense there are no gaps in set up and I even have a fan pushing the air into the room from the table near it.

    Doesn’t work well in a one vehicle garage when weather is too hot or too cold in NC weather even with door insulated.

    No longer a BB customer after this...

    Missing the window kit, part #3 on checklist. Contacted BB via chat and phone, and both told me only option was to return for refund as no stores in my area carry this model. This was Geek Squad certified like new, that says a lot about BB not being trustworthy.

    Unit stopped cooling after one summer of light use

    Loved the unit while it worked. I used it for maybe 30-50 nights during the last summer in July through September. Then it stopped cooling. Unit was only used for 6-8 hours per night. Would not recommend.

    This is a great little air conditioner. My primary goal for this AC is to be used mostly during hurricane season with my generator. I also plan on using it in my den because it gets pretty warm. Out of the box, it is very nice. Looks great. Solid build. This unit is pretty heavy. It contains everything needed to set up. The unit comes with the piece needed for the window, it fits well. It was easy to set up. It only took a few minutes to set up. Once set up, the unit runs smoothly. It’s not too loud. I am enjoying it. It keeps the room cool and comfortable. I added a heavy duty plug, to better support the unit, so that it wouldn’t cause power surge issues. I haven’t tried it with my generator yet, but according to all the specs it should work. I have no complaints with this AC unit. I’ve been trying it on different settings to test it further. So far so good. I’m very happy with the overall performance. I can move it around a little, but not much with the tubing. The color looks good in the room and doesn’t clash with the rest of the furniture.

    This AC unit is awful. It never cooled the room. We suffered in heat all summer. Then it smelled like it was burning, Im at a loss because my return date has expired. Save your money and your home - DO NOT BUY

    This will not fit casement windows and the salesperson was uninformed so I found out the hard way.

    Overheats

    It was absolutely disastrous. The tube that connects to the window overheats and it falls off the ac. I would not recommend it at all. We immediately returned it the next day.

    Wakes me up all throughout the night going on and off. I’d give it a 5 star if I could just tell it to stay on and not go dead silent, then start up again and sound like an airplane in my room.

    False advertisement, the webpage says it cools a 450 living space, the box says 250. Which seems to be correct cause it doesn’t cool a room at all. Trying to return it not for us. Don’t buy it based on the description

    Ive only used it lightly for 4 months. Its no longer working. The compressor will not kick on. Dont waste your money. Im angry and will no longer purchase from best buy. It only had a 30 day return on it.

    This functions as an AC if the space is maybe 9’x9’ anything bigger with a little heat outside and its basically just a crappy fan

    Broken Parts.

    Waited weeks for this AC unit to arrive at best buy. Only find the box it came with was in very bad condition. As soon as i opened it the window kit was cracked and the ac had visible damages. Had to return it the same day I picked it up.

    I live in a top floor apartment and this does not keep my small living room cool at all. You can only feel the cool breeze when you’re standing directly in front of the AC
