Unit stopped cooling after one summer of light use

I used it for maybe 30-50 nights during the last summer in July through September. Then it stopped cooling. Unit was only used for 6-8 hours per night. Would not recommend.

HORRIBLE

We suffered in heat all summer. Then it smelled like it was burning, Im at a loss because my return date has expired. Save your money and your home - DO NOT BUY

Regret

Love this little machine

My primary goal for this AC is to be used mostly during hurricane season with my generator. I also plan on using it in my den because it gets pretty warm. Out of the box, it is very nice. Looks great. Solid build. This unit is pretty heavy. It contains everything needed to set up. The unit comes with the piece needed for the window, it fits well. It was easy to set up. It only took a few minutes to set up. Once set up, the unit runs smoothly. It’s not too loud. I am enjoying it. It keeps the room cool and comfortable. I added a heavy duty plug, to better support the unit, so that it wouldn’t cause power surge issues. I haven’t tried it with my generator yet, but according to all the specs it should work. I have no complaints with this AC unit. I’ve been trying it on different settings to test it further. So far so good. I’m very happy with the overall performance. I can move it around a little, but not much with the tubing. The color looks good in the room and doesn’t clash with the rest of the furniture.

Which seems to be correct cause it doesn’t cool a room at all. Trying to return it not for us. Don’t buy it based on the description

Overheats

The tube that connects to the window overheats and it falls off the ac. I would not recommend it at all. We immediately returned it the next day.

Not even 4 months!

The compressor will not kick on. Dont waste your money. Im angry and will no longer purchase from best buy. It only had a 30 day return on it.

Decent for tiny room

Broken Parts.

Only find the box it came with was in very bad condition. As soon as i opened it the window kit was cracked and the ac had visible damages. Had to return it the same day I picked it up.

Does not cool living room

Save your time/money and skip this junk

Clearly no QA as it was put in the box broken and now a pain to return with bestbuy.

Carefully move the unit to a drain location, remove the bottom drain plug, and let the water drain away. Restart the machine until the “P1” symbol disappears.
