    I’ve had it less than a month & it’s already making a rattling noise. Couldn’t return or exchange because it has just passed the 14 day return window. Overall I wouldn’t recommend.

    Works unitil the warranty is up

    No kidding, a a couple of months after the warranty expired, boom! Turned into a $300 fan.

    Horrible product

    On the box it says that it will cool up to 450 ft. But it doesn’t even come close. We’ve had it running at 60° for about three days even at night and it does it cool the space. Would not recommend buying this product.

    Missing Window Kit

    Bought open box - excellent, and it was missing the entire window kit. Wasn't able to use the AC at all, so no idea how good it was.
