This product was missing a part and not ONE person in Best Buy customer support would help me. I tried talking to 5 different people and got different stories from all of them. A complete and utter MESS. And it got delievered in a damaged box and I was told I had to bring it back to the store. It was almost 100 lbs and trying to lift that to the store was awful. I told customer service I was elderly and had limited mobility and no one offered to help. FYI if a product is missing a part, apparently it's the fault of the customer and you have to figure it out on your own to return it. Will never again shop at Best Buy after this HORRID experience.

It took 3 to 4hours but still not cold enough. Youre better off opening the window to get the cold breeze.

beware of Open Box excellent units

The box is pretty beat up and torn/wet on the bottom, heavily taped with Best Buy return tape. The unit seems brand new, original blue factory tapes are on the unit. However, it's missing key items to install/connect the unit such as the window venting kit. Orderd a kit from Amazon to test it out. Contacted Best Buy online support and the agent told me to go to the local Best Buy store to receive the missing parts. Was laughed at by the high school CS agent and even the Mgr was not even slightly interested in resolving the situation.

Works but it leaks at after about 5 minutes because it’s a crack on the bottom of the unit. Now I didn’t use the ac right away but when I noticed the water on the floor I called and Best Buy tells me that it’s pass 15 days and I can’t return it. But I do have a factory warranty so now Ben trying to call Frigidaire for a week now and sent two emails and no reply. They are not answering the phone. And they do is tell you to go online.
