I love this air conditioner, it cools the whole room quickly and it keeps it cool.

Its hard for me to rate this. But I'll do my best. The unit itself was flawed. One of the clips for the window ended up being broken. When i installed it, unfortunately I had to use duct tape to make it stay in the window. (Which didn't work well and ended up having to be returned) As far as the functionality of the air conditioner? It was absolutely PERFECT. I tried desperately to make it work and was heartbroken when I realized I had to return it. Had there been another in the store, I would have simply exchanged it. That, unfortunately, was not the case. Unit: 0/5 stars Functionality 10/5 stars.

So far, so good. I wasn’t able to cut the window kit myself, so I had to find a local plastic shop that would. It was incredibly frustrating. If you don’t have a standard sized window, you’ll need to do that or have a saw.

Perfect for my large apartment. Can be controlled with the app if I forget to change the temperature before leaving for the day and can even set a schedule.

I purchased this from bestbuy.com in May of 2023. I used it for a couple of months last summer and then for this summer season. We traveled for 2 months last summer and 1 month this summer - so not really a ton of use. Well the unit just died, completely. I spoke with Frigidaire who repeatedly informed me that the warranty is only 12 months and refused to support in any way. They said these are not worth fixing as repair costs are more than a new one. They said under warranty they just send out a new one, because again, not worth fixing, but warranty is only 12 months. Basically these are disposable. Quality is poor and customer service from Frigidaire/Electrolux is worse. Don’t throw $500 away. Go with a different brand.

Keeps you cool and comfortable. I live in an apartment and my AC went out during a recent heatwave. This installed easily in my bedroom and kept me from being cooked alive. Now that my apartment AC is fixed, I still use it at night to coserve energy and lower my utility bill. Designed to cool a set amount of square feet. I simply closed the door to my room and it got cold in there. No regrets on this purchase for me.

Great appliance , three things in one , this is such a great machine . Best money I ever spent . Would recommend to anyone in need of ac , air purifier or dehumidifier. Works fantastic !!!!!! 5 stars from me !!

Love this. Keeps the room so cold. Only thing I don't like is it's loud

It’s not bad. I use it in my bedroom which is around 250sft, and it doesn’t keep the room under 78* when it’s 90s-100 outside. But I do still use it daily to sleep and it is quite loud.

Quiet, cool large room, buying second one today. Definitely worth the money

I have used it a handful of times. Setup was a pain I had to purchase a hacksaw to cut the excess window extender it was in the way of putting the hose in the notch. The hose that is attached to the unit has hot air blowing out of it from where it attaches and where the hose attaches to the window mount there is a noticeable gap where air can escape and/or come in. The remote does not work the way I’m used to you need to press 2x to get it to work. It’s doesn’t cool to the temperature it’s set at unless I put it colder then turn it up.

It work great and is not very noise. It does cool my living room.

Installing it isn’t exactly “portable”. There’s a lot that goes into installing the window plate. But that being said, it is a nice AC and does the job that I expected.

This unit is fantastic. Not too loud cools off a room in no time.

It work's perfectly well, it not too loud and not too big and not too small. I like it. I will recommend it.

Very happy with this purchase. It does an excellent job of cooling my large, top-floor bedroom.
