Keeps my living room cool, fairly simple to set up make sure you leave it sit upright for at least a day if you get it shipped tho

I bought this portable AC and returned it within 4 hours. if you have a side sliding window with a window ledge I do not recommend this. the hose presses up against the wall preventing it from staying in the window plastic piece. I feel like they should have had reversible on then there wouldn't have been a problem. I can't speak for how it would cool the room since I didn't even get to turn it on before returning it.

Functions and described, easy installation and provides the cooling needs that I expected from a Best Buy product.

Seems to cool as expected. Like all portable conditioners the attachment of hose connections need to be improved.

Just moved into a basement and it has really small windows. I had to. Buy a portable air conditioner. This was in my price range and I can honestly say., it works way better then I thought. It worked for thr entire basement.

Purchased for son’s room that gets all PM sun and works just fine. Not as cold as other units but does the job

It is good air conditioner with reasonable price. But one thing that I want you to aware of this product is little noisy.

We've owned other portable air conditioner and this is hands down THE BEST! This past summer was hot and humid, but we stayed nice and cool. It held up very well and didn't take too much time to empty the water. Next summer, we may buy another!

Great air conditioner just wish hose from the unit to window was longer. Other than that works like a charm.

Installing this air conditioner is easier as you do not have the strength maneuver it to hang out a window.

This is my second portable A/C, needed this one for a different room. It works great, very quiet and cools down the area just fine. Love that there is a remote with it as well. Would highly recommend this A/C to anyone.

Unit was a godsend during the hot summer months. Effectively cooled down our living area in no time.

This was fairly easy to install although I haven't figured out how to get the vent to fit in the window not great instructions. The unit works well I am glad I bought a portable unit for my apartment. I think well worth the investment for a small room I am staying comfortable in my Living Room.

I bought this because I have to have it cold when I sleep and I produce extreme body heat. This unit is awesome it keeps my room cool, it is quite, and does everything I wanted it to do. I could not be happier.

AC was out at the house so wanted something to keep us cool in the bedroom. Had no idea it would work so well. We actually had to put the covers on. We opened the door and even helped to cool the outer room. Highly recommend.

Good unit for cooling a large room(18' x 24')A little noisy but you get used to it.Window filler panel was not long enough for my windows so had to make my own insulation/filler to close the gap.I like the timer and "auto" features.Works great for me since I have it in a large house but am rarely in more than one or two particular rooms.I can use this unit in one room without having to run the central a/c to cool areas i'm not using.

Purchase this AC over a year ago to help escape the summer heat. Its still going strong it is a bit noisy but you'll get used to it. It was easy to set up. Would buy again.

Meant for most bedrooms, I would like think more air would come frm this unit but over time it cools the room

I would recommend this AC unit to someone looking for an AC for a small room. It does it’s job well!
