I had to buy a piece of wood, cut it to add about 10 inches to the length of the window exhaust plastic.

Posted .Hey Ladygirl! I recommend making sure that the drain hose is securely attached to the A/C or the drain cap is screwed on properly. Also, if your unit has DRY mode, please be sure that the option is selected for maximum performance. I hope this helps! -Courtney
