Only down side is that it doesn't help save alot with electricity bill but at least the room is cool.

I than hooked up the drain line to let water out the back of the unit and it made such a difference. Very happy overall

The noise isn't horrible, but definitely on the loud side. Easy to setup and use. My complains are that it barely keeps up with the room that is close to half the rated capacity, and the remote doesn't always work well. The tube is definitely on the short side. Barely reaches my window. Design is nice, and the price for a portable unit is definitely good.

It does pull all the moisture out of the air, and drains quite a bit. Had to dump the bowl full of water, numerous times a day. Other than that, works well.
