Has worked well for three summers now, and has been passed on to a friend who is still using it. Well worth the money, and didn't cost too much to run.

Not too bad! Right when I get home I will turn it on, go cook some food or other tasks, and by the time I go back upstairs it will be cool.

We had 91 % humidity the other day and that pump saved my new AC and floors from water damage

The window unit did a much better job cooling the same area and didn't take up space such as the hose extender between the window and unit. Also, vacuuming the filter once a week is a bit much. The window unit would have flashedn air filter light and I would clean it maybe once a month.

Posted .Hey Rich! Thank you for sharing your feedback. I recommend adjusting the temperature to a more colder setting. As for the filter, it's required that the filter be cleaned every 250 hours. If you have furry pets and the area has a little dust, this can trigger the filter to be cleaned more often. I hope this helps! -Courtney

I’m disappointed to learn about the loud sounds you are experiencing. We recommend checking your model’s installation guidelines to ensure your air conditioner is installed correctly. Typically, an incorrect install or poor wall/window construction may cause your unit to make loud sounds.
During high humid days, your air conditioner may produce more moisture than normal; which may produce louder “gurgling” sounds. This is normal. For further details about the types of sounds your unit may make, please review page 4 of your model’s “Use & Care” guide.

Frigidaire 350 Portable A/C — very good!

Portable Air Conditioner when one of our A/C units quit working. This portable unit worked well for us. And it was fairly easy to set up.
