Not as good as the (cheaper) window unit I had but works for its purpose. If you have an HOA N@zi who walks in your back yard to see if you have an air conditioner in this is perfect cause the vent pops in and out easily and blows cold air

Very nice product for extra cooling. Needs venting for the hot air discharge. Discharge hose could be longer.

This portable air conditioner works just great! I was about to use it for my living room and then larger guest bedroom area and hall way. I just wish it had better or clearer instructions for when you do have to place the parts to the window area.

Extremely simple to unpack and begin use. Exceptionally effective and quick cooling, even at 95+ degrees.

This air conditioner has been a big help during Texas summer heat. The hook up is also very simple and easy.

This air conditioner was purchased prior to start of 5 day heat wave. It worked sufficiently during that time. Did not put out frigid air (like our window units) but did cool the room as needed. We continue to use this in our bedroom and it works fine.

Our central air quit on us during our 112 degree heat wave and we needed something ASAP. This unit cools off our 420 sq ft room with a breeze. Not only was Best Buy the only place that had these portable units in stock, they were at a great price.

I am pleased with my air conditioner. It is quieter than I would have expected. Less noisy than a fan. I purchased the unit that cools 350 sqft for a 300 sqft room and it cools beautifully.

This product has been used and provides a good degree of cooling. It is easy to use and met our needs.

I purchased this unit during the summer and boy was it worth it. I love that it has a remote and was super easy to set up! The timer setting is also very useful. The only tiny con I have is I wish the unit would stop spitting out more air once the room reaches the desired temperature, like other units do. Some features I hope that they include in the future is voice activated control via Alexa/Siri.

Easy to bring up to our second floor. Easy to follow the instructions for installation and usage.

As other reviews have stated, it is a bit loud. Personally we don’t mind that as we always have other fans on around the house, so we just consider this one to be a louder fan. We have this setup in a smaller work room and it definitely keeps the room very cold when on AC mode. The remote could be better in regards to responsiveness, but other than that this unit works great.

This works good to cool a large room. I have it vented out a window in a upper level that I was unable to put a window unit in. It does take up quite a bit of space though which is what I don't like about it.

Bought for our son’s room and did the trick. Quick and easy to setup and cooled his room quickly.

Our computer room is located where it gets full sun in the afternoon, raising the temperature u[ by 10 degrees. This portable A/C works wonders. Cools the room and allows us to work. We've also moved it into the bedroom on those really hot/humid nights for comfortable sleeping. I love that I can move it around the house if needed.

This works so well, that I use blankets when I sleep. Alil loud, but worth it. Love the control.

When it was near 100 degrees outside it kept my living/dining/kitchen area at 80 degrees or below. It kept it at that temperature even when I had my oven in use. I also like that it can be used as a fan without the a/c

For our 260 sq ft room this works well. The only issue (and this would have been for ANY portable unit we purchased) was getting the unit to fit in a small awning window. A 30 minute jury-rigging was all it took.

It is big but a very simple design, and seems the smallest available for the cooling power.
