Kept my apartment comfortable

It was 94 degrees in my apartment when I came and picked this up, it didn't take long at all after setting it up to cool down to a comfortable 72 degrees and it's much quieter than the old one.

The air conditioner resets itself to the eco setting each time it is turned on. That is annoying, as you have to enter new settings each time if the eco settings are pre-set too warm (they are). The up facing vents are a poor design. The vents might work if they had more adjustments possible, but they have limited any vent adjustments to side to side ONLY. And it seems to be only about as good at cooling as one of their 6000 btu units. It looks good and was easy to install but if I had to do it again I would have bought a more traditional unit.

Great product for bedroom

It would cause the windows to fog up because you can adjust at what angle it blows. You can only slide the little fins left and right. Other than that, I was happy with the ac

After all is said and done, I'm thrilled with it. I especially love being able to control it through an app on my phone.

It does look very clean and modern Howeee the vents blow air up and not really forward which is kind of a con. The app is limited but works as expected
