I recommend checking your model’s installation guidelines to ensure your air conditioner unit is installed correctly. Typically, an incorrect install or poor wall/window construction may cause your unit to make loud sounds.

Everything was going good until I opened the box and realized there were no assembly screws. I think for the price I paid it should already come pre-assembled and I as a customer should not have to worry about missing screws or the time to put it together. I felt like if it was Ikea and not Best Buy.
