Remote sensing links the remote to the a/c unit so that it will use the temp at the remote location to determine if a/c should keep going or stop 2) set you options to not use Econ feature that will make compressor turn on and off as temp set is reached. Without Econ on unit will stay on in at least fan only mode.
A: Hello! When the filter reset light comes on, the air conditioner is prompting you to clean the filter. To do so, open the front panel and slide the filter out. It can then be wiped off with a microfiber cloth or cleaned with water and mild dish soap. Be sure to allow it to dry completely before putting it back into the air conditioner! Once the filter is clean, press the filter reset button to turn the light off. ~Ashton
A: It fits in the window fine. Didn't have to use brackets. I put a 2 by 4 under it outside to help support it with no problems.
