The item arrived sooner than expected. That's always a plus. Quiet running fan. Well you hear it, but it quickly and easily turns into white noise because it's not loud at all. Fits great in my window! The fan is great at cooling our room and the air conditioner is amazing. Cools our room that's roughly 300 sq ft pretty quickly! Timer perfect, remote sensor, and sleep mode. I'd recommend this a/c as long as the price stays the same.

Went with the non-wifi one. Works great. Lots of installation extras and insulation comes with it. Remote control works great. Pretty quiet too. Not very quiet but quiet enough.

When I bought this AC I was super happy. Came with instructions and I was able to find a video in youtube of this AC. The cooling is great I can't complain. Id freeze in my room If I keep it on for 30 minutes. The only problem is the control stops working to higher or lower the degrees. The up button on the AC does not work as good it has a lag; but does the ac work for cooling yes the AC works fantastic. This AC has power saver mode which will turn off and on to make sure the room temp is just about right. I like to use the fan mode because I wont freeze as I would if I press the cool button.

I bought this unit the week of July 4th (when it hit 105 degrees multiple time that week). Easy to assemble in order to mount in window. It of course makes noise but not too loud that i can’t enjoy the TV : )

This is the best air condition I’ve had, keeps the house kool and you don’t have to have it on high to kool the house

Air condition has great value for what you get. Comes with all the pieces you need to install. Has a great "Hi" setting, room gets cold in an instant. I like to to sleep in a frosty room, this A/C definitely gets the job done.

I have been looking for a window air conditioner for a while. it had to have the correct dimensions as the windows in My apartment are small. This 8000 BTU is perfect for Me. I also favor Frigidaire's.

The unit does an excellent job cooling my living room and front hall ( maybe 300 sq’)- . It secured well in the window . The unit came with additional “panels that slide in front of the side accordion sides. It is noisier than i’d Like on high ; has eco function allowing temperature settings. More energy efficient than my old unit.

I live in a 16x80 3 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home. It's a 1996 model and the central air unit bit the dust. It was going to cost about $5000 to replace which I couldn't afford. I purchased this one and two more the same except smaller to replace the central unit instead. I put smart switches on each of them and tied them into my smart things hub. They are tied to my honeywell thermostat and also the location on my and my son's phone. Smart things automatically turns them on and off to keep the rooms that I need at the temp that's comfortable when I'm home. MY POWER BILL WENT DOWN $100 A MONTH THIS SUMMER! Negatives are there louder. Sometimes I find myself getting too cold. To defend this, with the central unit, lots of times, I got too hot. Another negative, they are ugly hanging outside the window. But I live in the country and I'm not trying to impress anyone. Goods and bads, bottom line! I saved $4000 buying these window units! Im cooler! I'm saving $100 a month on my electric bill in the summer time! I'm happy!

Perfect fit for both the window and the wallet of a college student. With a little assistance to install, it has provide the needed air conditioning in an old college house. It even as remote so kiddo does not have to get out of bed to adjust.

I bought this 8000 btu AC unit to replace a 12000 btu unit which was too heavy to install and remove each season. This AC works great. Cools my 15x30 family room very well. Has a smart remote that acts as the thermostat so you can cool the room very evenly as you can place the remote at the far end of the room so every area gets cooled to the desired temperature. AC unit works well on eco mode. Unit is quiet, works very well and is about 55 lbs so I can remove or install it without breaking my back. Highly recommend if you need a new AC unit.

Made a great deal on this at our home Best Buy.Fourth appliance we ve bought there in a year.They price matched on the spot and we saved a trip elsewhere.The unit has nice features like remote control. Very powerful fan.Its louder than previous units.Its energy star so it will cycle which can be disturbing in a bedroom at night. Does a good job cooling so far,but the hot weather isn t here yet.I think this would be great in a living area where you don t sleep

Purchased during a recent hot spell on the east coast. Needed for the bedroom in a 80 year old house. Room quite large ( 12 x 24 ), and the unit keep us at 73. Included all that was needed to install in a typical window, including the foam to seal the odd openings. The wife says the fan is loud, I hear it but it's not objectionable. No compressor noises, no rattles. BB loaded it in my car, the box was easy to open.

This Frigidaire window air conditioner is great. Its a nice size and n has enough options to be helpful but not so many that it’s Confusing. I have it in my living room and it easily cools it down even on the extremely hot days. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is bc It’s remote makes it convient but it doesn’t seem to work half the time and the air conditioning unit Is loud.

I installed this unit in my Mom's dining room. It has been a very hot summer and this has kept her comfortable through it all. It was simple to install and has enough power to cover a relatively large dining room. Quiet and remote controllable operation has made this unit a reallly nice addition for my Mom's home.

As stated, this AC unit is very good at cooling the room that it's installed in, but it is unfortunately very loud while actively working. Other than that, it was easy to install, and we are happy with it.

I just purchased this 8000btu for my bedroom. Ive had it for 3 days. It does a great job. Its slightly noisy but not too bad. It was easy to set up in my window and comes with warranty. I purchased extra coverage just in case. Im happy with this purchase and brand.

I bought this for my small apartment. I installed it in the bedroom 12 x 12. And it makes the living room not cold but bearable also. Living room is 14 x 14. Please note the one ac unit doing both rooms. Can’t beat it for the price. Only had it 3 months. Hope it lasts

Very good A/C, strong and cools down fast. Easy placement and nice remote with programmable functions. It is noisy though above low settings but I'm pleased with this purchase. Easy washable filter as well.
