I already own a Frigidaire 8,000 BTU Model FFRE08B3Q1 for my small upstairs room which is quiet and works wonderfully. This newer model has the same quietness and power, and the one feature that I love the most is the insulation foam for the window slide cover that adds extra protection from the outside heat.

I like buying online is easy and convenient. I don't have to spend hours at the store looking for an item or looking for someone to help me. And best of all no waiting or standing on those frustrating long lines. Thanks technology for making my life a lot easier.. and best of all I get paid. Lol

We needed to find a good reasonable priced air conditioner in the middle of summer. our central air broke down, we couldn't afford to get it fixed. Went to Bestbuy since they had the best deal. The associate was very nice and explained the sizes of air conditioner and how many rooms it would be cool

Noisy and now not even a month later it sounds like water swishing around inside. It does cool my studio apartment on medium, but the noise and swishing liquid is not good.

The unit works well for the room I am in, but the BTU size estimate seems off. Fortunately 95% of the time we use it we are in the half of the room where the unit is mounted so there are minimal issues.

This thing will hold up in Texas summers no doubt - I have it in my shed/office and keep it at like 85 when I’m gone during the day (it was 105 today) and turn it down to 70-75 when i get home and it’s berg enjoyable to have a shed at these temps

Our Ac went out this summer and these units have been a lifesaver! We've had them for a couple months now and our only complaint is they've developed a musty smell when set to 72 degrees or warmer. Other than that issue these have been great!

Good output of air; vents may be angled for desired effect.; fairly quiet motor; decent size digital readout & easy to understand control panel. Thermostat control is accurate and keeps rooms comfortable for our pets while we are away. GOOD VALUE!

Bought this for a very small room (about 150 sq ft), it works excellently. The reason I chose this one was because you can set the temp and it turns on and off. Our old one just stayed on all the time. We are very happy with it.

I have been using 4 of these air conditioners for just over two years now with no issues at all other than the internal thermostat is off by about 2 degrees.

At first plug kept cutting out. Unplugged other lights, chargers, etc. on circuit and unit has worked fine. Fairly quiet, nice insulation package to seal window. So far, so good.

I have always got good service out of Frigidaire products. customer service was great. I was notified within a very short period of time to pick it up. great buying experience. thanks.

It was cheaper and under my budget ...cooling is very high for a studio . I would recommend to other people ... Great experience with best buy
