do not like this ac.

I have it set on 67 high and the room only gets down to 71. I would not buy this brand again. I have 2 other units that are very quiet and older models and make the rooms much cooler than this one does.

Posted .Yikes, kitten. I hate to hear that your a/c isn't keeping you cool. In regard to the noise, please verify the installation is correct. Improper installation is the leading cause for rattling or vibration noise. It may be possible this model isn't large enough to cool your space. This is only sufficient for a room up to 350 square feet. If your room is larger than this, you may need a larger unit, or it may take longer to cool the room down. ~ Brandi
