I knocked two stars off for the following issues: 1. Constantly deactivates while running for extended periods even when cooling is required. I know AC units need to cycle, but the off part of the cycle is much longer than it needs to be on this unit. 2. The minimum temperature is 60 F or 16 C (and you can't change to Celsius in the app, you have to use third-party IR devices to do this). This isn't low enough of a temperature. 3. The tube leaks air. So if it's cold outside, the cold air will leak inside and cause the unit to register a temperature lower than it actually is. Yes, I use this during the winter because i feel very hot when I sleep.

Amazing little unit, very easy to set up, the wheels work great and even on the hottest days pf the summer it's served to cool down a medium size room.

This unit is effectively cooling my downstairs living area (perhaps 1100 sq. ft.) even when outside temps are in the low 90's. I was very pleasantly surprised.

Great window AC Unit. My home AC was broken and decided to purchase this unit. This thing work great and I still use it to keep my bedroom cool.

Keeps front room cool my apartment is 867*ft and it reaches the kitchen and living room. Easy to clean filter easy to drain water.

the only thing it had was a dent in the front but it works fine. I use it in my room at night to sleep and it keeps it cool all night.

Literal lofe saver in the summertime, we dont have central cooling but this ac cools down a large bedroom really well

This product is so singularly bad, that not only am I demanding my money back by returning it, I should be compensated by the company for hardship due to this ludicrously poor design, lack of adaptability to anything in my home, or any window for that matter, the fact the tubes don't stay connected to the attachments, or the fact that it emits a harsh ringing sound that can activate Tinnitus. This was an accidental purchase, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, to my complete and utter regret. This is an absolutely worthless product, not worth the basic materials that was used to manufacture it. The box came in pieces, the pieces don't even fit in the box, and the parts don't fit each other let alone the space. If I can offer any advice whatsoever it would be to not buy this product under ANY circumstances.

Works great, blows very consistently and fairly easy setup

After moving to the west coast to an area where AC isn’t in every home, we purchased this item. It really keeps the house temperature tolerable.

So helpful during this heat. I have 2. One is for the air conditioning and the other is mianly used for the dehumidifier.
