Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product is so singularly bad, that not only am I demanding my money back by returning it, I should be compensated by the company for hardship due to this ludicrously poor design, lack of adaptability to anything in my home, or any window for that matter, the fact the tubes don't stay connected to the attachments, or the fact that it emits a harsh ringing sound that can activate Tinnitus. This was an accidental purchase, but I decided to give it a shot anyway, to my complete and utter regret. This is an absolutely worthless product, not worth the basic materials that was used to manufacture it. The box came in pieces, the pieces don't even fit in the box, and the parts don't fit each other let alone the space. If I can offer any advice whatsoever it would be to not buy this product under ANY circumstances.

Make sure you get the 4 year warranty because we only got the 2 year warranty and of course the motor stops working for the opening as soon as the warranty expired. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, so either steer clear or fork out the extra $120 for the 4 year warranty so you can have it fixed after it stops working after the first 2 years.
