Stopped working properly after 2 years

Make sure you get the 4 year warranty because we only got the 2 year warranty and of course the motor stops working for the opening as soon as the warranty expired. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it, so either steer clear or fork out the extra $120 for the 4 year warranty so you can have it fixed after it stops working after the first 2 years.

But luckily you can just take them off and clean it. it did come with a wheel that was broken out of the box, but since its on carpet and not moved much I didn't worry too much about it. Other than that, I just have a couple of issues with the Amazon Alexa where when you tell her about a command for the unit it says unit not responding but the unit does as the command said. (weird) App works fine but actual remote that came with it keeps disconnecting from unit somehow.

Can’t cool a small apartment living room.

Outside of that, it does not cool even a small apartment living room. Even with adjoining room doors being closed. Checked the filters, that it was vented properly, and even got an insulation sleeve for the exhaust pipe to the window. It doesn’t cool well at all.
