    Bought this to supplement an old Idyllis unit and avoid putting in the window unit since our house has only one double-hung window and the rest are casements. Brought it home and hooked it up and found it to be underpowered, despite being the same BTUs as the Idyllis. We were using it in a bigger room (17'x25'), so we knew we were on the edge of its abilities and decided to keep it, as it was able to take the edge off the heat last summer. After setting it up for this year, 13 months later, it has NO cooling capabilities at all. Filters are clean (yes, both of them) and it is sitting 6' into the room, so this is not an airflow problem. Of course, the warranty is only 12 months, so we now have a $400+ dollar paperweight of a fan sitting in our living room. I used to think Frigidaire was good (this was our 3rd appliance), but I don't think I will be giving them any more of my hard-earned money in the future.

    It’s effective and easy to setup. Isn’t as great as a true window unit at cooling a room but a good option if renting or temporary situations that require flexibility.

    Bought June of 2024 and worked great the first summer. Pulled it out for this summer and now it won’t blow any cold air. We’ve cleaned the filter, made sure hoses were attached securely, and you can’t even tell it’s been running all day when you walk into our bedroom. I do not recommend spending the money on this unit.

    Great air conditioner but don’t go by the sq foot for coverage, please consider high ceilings, door level of building if applicable, and insulation.

    I bought one of these and within 3 months ice started building up inside the machine to the point that it would hit the fan and spay ice out of the vent. Next it would need to be drained everyday and we were only using the cool function, then it stopped cooling altogether and would just blow out warm air. I reached out to their support where they said that they would replace this with another model. I submitted the serial number, pictures of the unit and was told I would hear back within 5 business days. It's now going on 2 weeks and have not heard back even after multiple emails requesting an update. Do not buy this piece of junk.

    Work good first year; hooked it up for summer next year and it broke. I would not recommend this product. It is one of the worst air conditioners I have ever bought for the amount of money I paid it should last several years not just for one summer.

    Very nice little air conditioner. I like the fact that it doesn’t hang out the window. I think window air conditioners look tacky.

    MISSING A PART AND NO ONE HELPED!

    If I can give this negative stars I would. This product was missing a part and not ONE person in Best Buy customer support would help me. I tried talking to 5 different people and got different stories from all of them. A complete and utter MESS. And it got delievered in a damaged box and I was told I had to bring it back to the store. It was almost 100 lbs and trying to lift that to the store was awful. I told customer service I was elderly and had limited mobility and no one offered to help. FYI if a product is missing a part, apparently it's the fault of the customer and you have to figure it out on your own to return it. Will never again shop at Best Buy after this HORRID experience.
