I’m not happy at all. The a.c. Works but it leaks at after about 5 minutes because it’s a crack on the bottom of the unit. Now I didn’t use the ac right away but when I noticed the water on the floor I called and Best Buy tells me that it’s pass 15 days and I can’t return it. But I do have a factory warranty so now Ben trying to call Frigidaire for a week now and sent two emails and no reply. They are not answering the phone. And they do is tell you to go online.

Works as advertised. only issue was the seal foam was not enough for my window.

Bought an open box excellent. The box is pretty beat up and torn/wet on the bottom, heavily taped with Best Buy return tape. The unit seems brand new, original blue factory tapes are on the unit. However, it's missing key items to install/connect the unit such as the window venting kit. Orderd a kit from Amazon to test it out. Contacted Best Buy online support and the agent told me to go to the local Best Buy store to receive the missing parts. Was laughed at by the high school CS agent and even the Mgr was not even slightly interested in resolving the situation.

The air blowing were cold but it takes a while to make the whole room a little cold. It took 3 to 4hours but still not cold enough. Youre better off opening the window to get the cold breeze.

Overall solution to a problem bonus room. Much cheaper than adding a mini-split

Great portable AC. Our central air broke down so I purchased this. Placed it on our master bedroom which is about 800 sq ft. Cooled it down nicely and my two dogs can attest to how great cool this one is!

Infortunately i wanted to leave a good review however a few days ago this portable AC unit failed, whilst i was away from the house for no more than 10 minutes the vent pipe decided to dislodge heating my room up to 120 degrees which also overheated the unit, my dogs were in the room thankfully unharmed but nearly had to take a emergency visit to the vets thank goodness the breaker at least worked on my socket and thank goodness I got home when i did. The pipe was securely and properly fitted to the unit but the pressure from the release vent gradually shimmied the pipe off. There needs to be a more secure way this is set up it could of led to a very tragic loss of 3 dogs, it has left me with a lot of distress since this incident. I made sure all precautions were taken this should not of happened. PEOPLE WITH KIDS AND PETS BEWARE!

Works great but still have a hard time to cool down a room of 350 sq ft

Not sure why other customers have bad reviews. Possibly maybe a bad unit. My unit has ran nonstop for a month with no problems. No draining the water tray or anything. As advertised. Nice product so far.

Pretty awesome unit. It's been pretty much maintenance free since I got it. I love the time aspect so I can fall asleep with it on but not have it run all night long if I don't want it to.

Works great, better than expected. Really like that they don't have to be drained if you keep the dry function off

Decent AC but remote sucks since you have to be really close.

Works great in my living space and a price that I was able to afford.

Does what I need it to do would buy another one if needed

Took a couple of days to cool the entire room. Electric bill skyrocketed is my biggest complaint

Works pretty well as long as you have another fan in front or behind it to help move the air.

Unit does everything it is intended to do. Highly recommended for emergency use.

This unit was used for about three months last year and worked perfectly fine. Filters were cleaned per the instructions in the manual. It was stored during the colder months and was taken out for use again almost a year to date of original purchase. The unit does not cool the room. It does not emit cold air. I have tried all troubleshooting that is in the manual and given by the manufacturer's customer service. It still does not work.
