This is a great unit for a small spaces. It cools efficiently and has multiple settings to meet your needs. My only caution is that the window plate is not easily adjustable to variable window sizes. It’s not an accordion style that you can rotate between windows. It’s a hard plastic plate that has to be sawed down to size. Unless you can do that yourself or hire someone (as I had to do) this unit will be difficult for you to install. Also, there are two different condensation areas that need to be drained. I haven’t figured out how to clean the filter yet but I think you have to unscrew the whole back panel. It’s a great unit but requires some handiwork for sure.

Works well, but slightly noisy, the back tubing doesn't always want to stay attached (dangerous), the slider doesn't fit all windows (force the issue), it's keeping me cool through the Summer

Works great in my newly renovated “we shed”. Does a great job cooling and keeping humidity controlled. Quieter than expected. Vented mine through wall to outside.

This unit does a great job cooling off my home office. It is quiet and has a nice profile.

We absolutely love ours! It throws out super Duper cold air. We live in the RGV where the heat index goes up to 120° so it’s an added incentive to our central unit and it feels like we’re in Alaska inside our home. That’s how cold it is, and we love it !!!!

Easy to install. Works great for small to medium sized areas.

Pretty good unit. Works well. The way they packaged the unit was pitiful. It was very difficult to handle the flimsy box it came in. I was very careful loading it and unloading it from my SUV. I could have easily damaged it. You need at least 2 people to load the thing and you can't lay it down or something will get broken. Driving with it standing up isn't such a good idea. It could fall over during the ride home. I won't buy anything from them again until I see how it's packaged. So my rating only applies to the unit.

We got this just in time for some heat waves to come to our area. We put this in our master bedroom, which is only about 100sqft. But this gets the temp down to what we set it too. Minimal is 60 degrees. What I love most is being able to set it with my phone. Not only while next to it, but I can also set this on if I am out and about. I also like that it we can set it to rotate between up and down. As well as a couple different modes you can choose from. The vent is pretty long and was easy to install and place in my window that is about 4 feet up. A couple things that I would like to have seen. The plug cord is not the longest. Maybe around 4-5 feet. Would have liked to have seen it a bit longer just for those who may not have a plug right under their window. And it would have been nice to maybe have a slot for the remote that came with it. But those are small things. Overall was easy to install. The app was easy to use with my iPhone, and I was connected and using my iPhone in no time. We had some long record-breaking heat days, and it was always nice to come home and open my bedroom door and feel the cold air come out, and just relax and cool off. Kinda like having a nice cup of Ice water, tea, or lemonade.

So far it does ok at cooling and pulling humidity from the air. The hose connector is poor quality and in a bad spot on the back. If you don't use the hose it's a pain to drain the unit and makes a mess. I didn't realize it didn't have a removable catch basin when I purchased it. I've only had it for a month so I can't really say how it's effecting the electric bill or anything on longevity.

It is a shame that Frigidaire can’t seem to update the design on their stand up air conditioner as it cools well. There are major issues with the design, however. The tubing falls out easily, and I’ve had to duck tape it to get it to stay. I just bought another brand that has the tubing attached to the plastic piece so it just snaps into the machine. Pure genius. They also design it for a very specific window size, which makes no sense. Just include a smaller panel for the window so it can fit various size windows as the other manufacturers do. Wouldn’t take much for this to be an exceptional product, but as of now it for sure isn’t. I’m returning this unit to BB and ordering the other brand from another big box store.

I’ve used windows unit air conditioners for years and this is quite the upgrade. Although window units are generally less expensive, the convenience, efficiency, and security of this floor unit is worth it. For what what I need, this unit easily cools the 500 square foot space where it sits and also can help cool adjacent areas. Although it sits on the floor and takes up a little floor space, the efficiency that it provides as well as security make up for the small footprint. The issue with a window units is that you need to support them on the backside if your window is not robust enough and there’s also an issue of security where there’s a large opening where someone could break in. With this, the opening is much smaller and the risk is reduced. Plus, it’s much easier to move from room to room on the same floor due to the rollers. A bonus is that it has a washable filter rather than having to purchase new ones which I thought was great. Absolutely does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommended!

Does the job. Pretty easy to understand setup and use. Very easy pick up.

Operates as expected. Appears to be of high quality. Also comes without the "connectivity" features. I wish that had been clear at the time I made this choice as I paid for features that I will never use!

awesome ac! and not as loud as a few other brands! can control when its connected to wifi anywhere! sometimes before i head home i can log into the Frigidaire app and start the ac or check the rooms temperature! great buy! cools my living room and keeps temps low!

I like that this is portable and easier to move around than a window unit. It's also nice that it has the three modes.

This air conditioner is cool—literally! It’s easy to set up, easy to control with the remote or the app. It’s kept up very well in the extreme heat that we’ve experienced lately. It rolls easily on its wheels.

The AC seems fine. The "open box" deal was a bit of a bummer: prongs on AC plug were completely crushed, no remote, no manual, sticky foam on the top vent panel, impossible to remove without abrading the surface.
